Cradle of Hope

Xena and Gabrielle must protect an abandoned baby from a king, who marked the infant for death because of a prophecy declaring him a future threat to the king. Xena must also aid Pandora (the granddaughter of the one you are thinking of) to make sure she can reset the lock on her legendary box.
