Operation Ruthless / The Vacant Lot

Operation Ruthless Wanting to keep Arnold away from Ruth, and vice-versa, Helga plans a way to get rid of Ruth for good, but all of her plans backfire. The Vacant Lot Looking for a safer place to play ball, the kids find an old vacant lot and clean it up. When they come back to it the next day to play a game they find that the adults have taken over the lot and made it their own. They all then begin to argue over how the lot should be used.
