My Best Friend's Boyfriend

Miley catches Lilly's new boyfriend Lucas with another girl but when she tells her best friend the news, Lilly accuses Miley of being jealous. So, in order to prove to Lilly that she's telling the truth, Miley tries to trick Lucas into flirting with her, but she then realizes that Lucas wouldn't be so stupid as to flirt with Lilly's best friend. Now, Miley has to try to come up with some way to show Lilly that she's not lying, and that just might be getting Lucas to flirt with Hannah Montana. Meanwhile, after a pair of sunglasses is stolen from Rico's, Rico installs a ridiculous security system to keep it from happening again.
