When a hot new phone comes out and Robbie won't give her the money to buy it, Miley tries to get Lilly to help her find a way to get the money on their own. Together they come up with a plan to take an embarassing Hannah photo and sell it to the tabloids, but when the photo threatens to give away Miley's secret, they have to think of a new plan. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson just so happens to be in town at the same time, so they decide to sneak into his hotel and take the embarassing picture of him instead.
