Summary
A month after the plane accident that stranded Frank Scott and his sons, Karl and David, in Dinotopia, they attempt to adjust to this new land. Meanwhile, a renegade group, the Outsiders, discovers a mysterious amulet that allows them to control the Tyrannosaurs and the pteranodons. The rebels intend to capitalize on their good fortune, but Karl and David aim to stop them.
